Can you customize products to my specifications?
Absolutely. We provide custom design for frequency range, power rating, insertion loss, VSWR, connector type, dimensions and electrical performance to meet your exact needs.
Can I order samples for testing?
Yes, samples are available for most standard and customized products. Sample cost and lead time depend on product type and availability.
How can I get a quotation?
Please send us your detailed requirements, including frequency, power, connector type, quantity and application etc. We will provide a formal quotation within 24 hours.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and Alipay (for small orders). Standard payment terms apply for new partners, and flexible terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
Yes. You may confirm our Proforma Invoice (PI) or send a PO according to your company procurement procedure.
How can I place an order?
Please send us your detailed requirements, including product type, part number (P/N), and quantity, or issue a Purchase Order (PO). We will then provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your confirmation. Upon receipt of your confirmed PI, we will arrange production immediately.

Fixed Attenuators/Terminations: 1–2 weeks
Power Dividers/Combiners: 3-4 weeks
Directional Couplers/Hybrid: 3-4 weeks
RF Filters: 3-4 weeks
Power Amplifiers: 3-4 weeks
Cable Assemblies: 1 week
Coaxial Adapter: 1 week
Custom or OEM products: 2–4 weeks
Which shipping methods do you offer?
If you have afreight collect account(e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.), please share the details and we can ship using your account.
If not, we can check the shipping cost with our courier and arrange delivery accordingly.
Do you offer datasheets and technical support?
Yes. We provide full datasheets, drawings, test reports and professional technical support from pre-sales to after-sales service.
What warranty do you offer for your products?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all products starting from the date of receiving. If any product fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will offer free repair or replacement in accordance with our quality policy.
