REACH Compliance Declaration Letter
In an effort to address the requirements of the REACH regulation and ensure a reliable on going supply of ESJ Microwave Technology parts, we are constantly monitoring the substances of very high concern(SVHCs), as defined by REACH, in our products.
We confirm that our Fixed Attenuators/Terminations, Power Dividers/Combiners, Directional Couplers, RF filters, RF Circulators/Isolators, RF Switches, Amplifiers, RF Duplexers, RF Cable Assemblies, RF Coaxial Adapters, Waveguide to Coaxial Adapters and other passive components were shipped and will be shipped were not and will not be treated with substances containing hexavalent chromium. All of our products do not include hexavalent chromium in the chemical conversion coating process. Under the structure of the REACH regulation, ESJ Microwave Technology is a supplier of “ARTICLES” to our customers (according to ECHA’s guidance for articles, the electronic components shall be considered as articles). We do not manufacture “substances” or “preparations” and our articles do not involve the “intentional release of substances”. Accordingly, we foresee no registration or pre-registration Authorization requirement for the products we supplied.
We hereby certify that products offered by ESJ Microwave Technology are in compliance with the last revision of the latest SVHC-241candidate list (released on 27-June-2024) concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) .
