Warranty Policy

 

This policy applies to genuine microwave and RF products sold through official ESJ channels, clearly defining the core warranty rules. Your purchase and use constitute acceptance of all terms of this policy.

 

  1. Warranty Scope and Exclusions

 

(I) Scope of Application

 

Covering the entire range of ESJ-designed and manufactured products, including RF power amplifiers and microwave filters (valid proof of purchase and product serial number required). During the warranty period, products used normally according to official guidelines are covered by free warranty service for malfunctions caused by design, raw material, or manufacturing defects.

 

(II) Exclusions

 

Free warranty will not be provided in the following situations (paid repairs are available): 1. Expired warranty period or inability to provide valid proof; 2. Malfunction caused by use beyond technical specifications, external force damage, or natural disasters; 3. Unauthorized disassembly or repair using non-original parts; 4. Normal wear and tear, operational errors, or improper maintenance; 5. Counterfeit or illegally refurbished products; 6. Unusable products due to third-party equipment/software issues (product itself is not defective).

 

  1. Warranty Period

 

  1. Basic Warranty: 1 year from the official shipment date. For customized products, the warranty period is subject to the supplementary agreement in the sales contract.
  2. Calculation Date: For regular products, the ESJ shipment date applies. For products from distributor channels, the distributor’s shipment receipt applies (if no receipt is available, the ESJ shipment date to the distributor applies).
  3. After Repair/Replacement: Repaired products retain the remaining warranty period. Replaced products are recalculated for 1 year from the delivery date.

 

III. Warranty Service Methods

 

  1. Core Service: If the product meets the warranty conditions after testing, customers can choose free repair (including replacement of original parts), free replacement of the same model/equivalent performance product, or enjoy a deduction from the original purchase price (valid for 1 year). The specific method is determined by ESJ.
  2. Additional Service: Free technical consultation is provided during the warranty period. ESJ bears the round-trip logistics costs for repairs within mainland China (except for expedited logistics, the user bears the cost). International logistics costs are borne by the user unless otherwise agreed.

 

  1. Warranty Service Process

 

  1. Fault Reporting: During the warranty period, submit a fault report through official customer service, the website online platform, or authorized dealers, providing product information, a description of the fault, and relevant supporting documents.
  2. Verification and Testing: Response within 1 business day. If remote troubleshooting is ineffective, instruct the customer to return the product. The repair center will complete the testing within 3 business days.
  3. Service Execution: After confirming the service plan, routine repairs will take 5-7 business days, and delivery will be made as agreed upon upon completion.
  4. Objection Handling: If you have any objections to the test results or the solution, submit a written objection within 3 business days. ESJ will review and provide feedback within 3 business days.

  1. Limitation of Liability: ESJ only assumes the warranty service stipulated in this policy and is not responsible for indirect losses caused by product faults. Warranty rights cannot be transferred to third parties without authorization.
